Description
PrecisionHR is seeking ON CALL Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to service clients on a part-time and full-time basis. To be responsible for assisting individuals with their activities of daily living in a residential home setting. SUPPLEMENT YOUR INCOME!HOURS & COMPENSATION
SCHEDULE
- FullTime and Per Diem available
- 1st Shifts: 7am3pm, 8am4pm
- 2nd Shifts: 3pm11pm, 4pm12am
- 3rd Shifts: 11pm7am, 12am8am
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide support that will enhance individuals' quality of life.
- Implement specialized programs in areas of communication, socialization and behavior management.
- Assist with and teach independent living skills.
- Assist with activities of daily living and personal selfcare such as toileting, eating, grooming, bathing and dressing.
- Accompany participants to various community activities.
- Maintain cleanliness of homes and ensures a healthy living environment for participants.
**MUST BE RELIABLE & DEPENDABLE WITH BOTH THE CARE YOU PROVIDE AS WELL AS ATTENDANCE.
Persons with experience in the following roles are welcome to reply: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), Home Care, Personal Care Assistant (PCA), Companion, Caregiver, Patient Care Technician (PCT), and Direct Care Worker (DCW)
